All The Best

Hello!

This card will be entered into the Simon Says Monday Challenge, Trio-Tastic.

I love this stamp set from Gina K Designs, Fill It With Flowers.  I stamped the vase and then the flowers 3 times, fussy cutting out 2 of them and then adding the leaves.  Images colored with Copic Markers.  Sentiment stamped in Black Licorice ink and the little tag was also fussy cut out.

Designer Papers by Craft Smith, Tea Party.  Pretty Pink Gingham Ribbon and Pink Sequins for accents.  Stickles for sparkle.

Has a bit of dimension.

Thanks for coming by.

Enjoy~~

Great Story

Good Morning!

This card will be entered into the Simon Says Monday Challenge, Trio-Tastic.

This card uses the Papertrey Ink stamp and die sets, Uncorked.  Sentiment stamped in Black Licorice ink on to a Spellbinders Perfectly Pierced Frames die.  I added Gold Foil to the wine glass die cuts with my Mini Minc.

Designer papers by DCWV, Modern Metallic.  Black Sheer Ribbon and Pearl Drop Adhesive Rhinestones for accents.  How FUN is that sentiment?!?!

I also added some Gold Foil to the Cheers, Uncorked Words, die cut on the inside.  I am loving the elegant flavor and feel of this simple Birthday card.

Thanks for popping in!

Cheers!

Joy

Good Morning!

I am once again participating in the monthly Papertrey Ink November 2016 Blog Hop.

I am also entering this card into the Challenge at Simon Says Wednesday, Christmas To Die For.

I had some fabulous Designer Paper in my stash that matched the gift boxes perfectly, Craft Smith, Tea Party.  Using the Papertrey Ink Polka Dot Parade # 9 tree dies I cut out 2 from chipboard and double sided sticky tape, which made adding my chunky White Snowy Glitter to the die cuts so easy!  I also did the same with the MFT Snow Drifts die.  I decorated my trees with Pink Beads and topped them with Pink Glittered stars.

I added some more pretty Pink Glitter to a Joy One Liner die cut also by Papertrey Ink.

Off to check out the rest of the HOP!

Thanks for coming by!

Enjoy~~

Wild Hibiscus

Hello!

This card will be entered into the Challenges at Altenew, November Inspiration Photo and Simon Says Monday, Trio-Tastic.

I stamped the background leaves and flowers in Black Licorice ink.  Stamps and dies from Altenew, Magnolias For Her (leaves) and Wild Hibiscus.  Images colored with Copic Markers.

Teal Sheer Ribbon and flower centers are accented with a Sakura Glaze Pen in black.  It's been a lot of FUN not making Christmas cards.....I am sure I will regret that statement in another week or two.

Thanks so much for popping in, appreciate it when you do!

Enjoy~~

Wishing You Joy

Hello!  Happy Thanksgiving Eve!

This card will be entered into the Challenges at Simon Says Monday, Trio-Tastic and Stamp TV, Clean And Simple.

This card is about as CAS as I can get....it may or may not qualify in the real world.

I used the Gina K Designs stamp set, Fill It With Flowers.  Now this set is NOT a Christmas one but I thought I could switch it up a bit and make it totally Christmas, of course the sentiment from Wishing You Joy helps immensely!  Images colored with Copic Markers and sentiment stamped in Black Licorice ink.  I stamped these precious bottles 3 times and then masked them off stamping the greenery and leaves.  I also stamped extra leaves, colored and fussy cut out.  Vellum Strip and Adhesive Pearls for accents.

Merry Merry!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  May you find yourselves surrounded by all the ones you love!

Enjoy~~

Pretty Poinsettias

Good Monday Morning!

Back again on the Dies R Us Blog to share a Holiday card with you!

This card uses the gorgeous Plush Poinsettia Corner die by Memory Box.  It's quite a fabulous large die measuring approx. 3.5 x 3.5 inches.  I love the inlaid look and the embossed detail on the leaves.

I stamped and colored the holly image from Power Poppy, Holly Golightly to offset the Plush Poinsettia Corner.  Images colored with Copic Markers.  I also added accents to the holly berries using a white marker.  Sentiment stamped in Black Licorice ink.  A few Adhesive Pearls added to the Poinsettia centers.  This card will make for easy mailing.

Here's what I used:

Happy Tags!

Hello!

I have made a few little Happy Tags for the Papertrey Ink, Create Along With Us Challenge.  There were so many wonderful designs and creations, it took me 2 days to figure out which to pick!

I chose these fabulous tags that Lizzie Jones created, aren't they FUN!?!?

Here's what I came up with!

All use the Papertrey Ink Phrase Play #5 and Spellbinders Classic Circles dies and a Corner Rounder Punch.  And each one is layered with a corresponding Designer Paper, which was measured and hand cut.

Papertrey Ink Big Birthday Basics die.  Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.  Eyelet, Ribbon, Heart Button and Twine accents.

Papertrey Ink Happy For You stamp set stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink.  Eyelet, lone Sequin and Baker's Twine for accents.

Papertrey Ink Counting My Blessings stamp set stamped in Tempting Turquoise ink.  Swiss Dots Embossing Folder, Ribbon and Flower Brad for accents.  This one I also layered Yellow card stock over the happy just to make it POP a bit more!

Super FUN to make!  If I do not use them as gift tags I may add them to card bases, you know how I Love a tag.....ON a card!  :)

Thanks for popping in!

Make a Christmas project (card, tag, layout, 3D item etc) and make sure you include a ribbon....or two....or three, as many as you like!

Here are my cards, hope you enjoy them!

My first card uses the glorious Power Poppy set, Glistening Paperwhites.  I stamped this fabulous image on a Spellbinders Majestic Labels 25 die cut, it showcases it perfectly!  Images colored with Copic Markers.  My sentiment is stamped on to a Sizzix Tags And Labels die cut, in Black Licorice and Pear Pizzazz ink.  Inside is a wisp of the Plaid Designer Paper cut using an MFT Bracket Edge Duo die.

Sheer Ribbon, Flower Button and Twine for accents.  I've also added some Enamel Brads and a lone Candy Dot.  Shimmer and shine added using Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Pen and Sakura Glitter pens in Teal and Yellow.

My next card is a bit more warmer and a wee bit rustic.

This Power Poppy set is Simple Joys!  Images colored with Copic Markers.  I stamped the gorgeous basket of pinecones and greenery onto a Spellbinders Perfectly Pierced Classic Frame.  That same MFT die, Bracket Edge Duo used to hi-light my Designer Papers.

Sentiment stamped in Black Licorice ink.  Gingham Ribbon, Button and Twine for accent.  I also added a bit of shimmer using a Sakura Glaze Pen to hi-light the holly berries.

Here are the full stamp sets I used:

Thankful For Your Friendship

Good Morning!

Today's card will be entered into the Challenges at; Stamp TV, Thankful JOYfold Card, Simon Says Monday, Thanks/Thanksgiving, Scrapy Land, Give Thanks and Cheery Lynn, Autumn Colors

Another JOYfold card, so FUN to make!  The front panel is topped off with this big, bold, beautiful butterfly by Cheery Lynn, Small Lace Butterfly With Angel Wing (which means it has 2 dies, one so you can die cut a solid back panel).  I cut it out of Copper Glitter Paper and backed with Ivory card stock.

The flower closure is also by Cheery Lynn, Small Gardenia, which is cut out of Ivory Glitter Paper. Topped with an Adhesive Pearl.

Designer Papers by K & Company, Roam Two Sided.   MFT Die-Namics, Notched Border die.   Thin and Sheer Ribbon.

Stamp set by Gina K Designs, Harvest Of Wishes, stamped in Black Licorice ink.  Adhesive Pearl accents.

These are really quite fun to make and each one comes out completely different, especially if you make them in different sizes.  FUN!

Thanks for stopping by, you have added some JOY to my day....I hope I do the same!

Enjoy~~

A brand new Challenge starts at The Double D Challenge Blog, and here is your Inspirational Tile:

Traditional Christmas Colors

And here is my card:

I used all glitter paper for this card and all dies cuts.  The glitter paper is by DCWV, Holiday Glitzy Glitter.  The sparkle on this is AHmazng!  I bought it last year after the Holiday for a steal!

Memory Box Fanciful Poinsettia Ornament die, which I actually won from one of their Blog Hops, so pretty and delicate!  Paper Smooches, Foliage 2 dies.  A wee bit of ribbon and Adhesive Pearls for accents.  This card came together quite easily.

You have plenty of time to join in on this Challenge.....I hope to see you over there!

Thanks for popping in!

Thankful For You

Good Morning!

I created this pretty little JOYfold card (I always type it like that JOYfold) for the following Challenges;  Simon Says Monday, Thanks/Thanksgiving, Simon Says Wednesday, Thanks/Thanksgiving, Cheery Lynn, Autumn Colors and Stamp TV, JOYfold Thankful Card.

The stamp sets I used are by Gina K Designs; Fill It With Flowers and Lean On Me.  I do love a beautiful Hydrangea and in Fall they take on a whole new look.  Colors in beige and tans and browns and rusts, gorgeous anytime of year in every season!  My Designer Papers are by DCWV, The Coral Couture, a perfect compliment to my Fall Hydrangea.  Image colored with Copic Markers.  Sentiment stamped on Vellum in Black Licorice ink.  I always heat set when using Vellum, less smudges and smears that way.

MFT Die-Namics Dotted Scallop Border die.  Cheery Lynn Lace Corner Deco H die.  Sizzix Labels And Stitched Frame die.  Thin Brown Ribbon, Sheer Beige Ribbon.  Distress ink in Antique Linen.  Candy Dots.  Sakura Glaze Pen in Copper and Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Pen.

One of the sweetest little Hydrangea stamps I own.  LOVE it!

Thanks so much for coming by, I am thankful you did!

Enjoy~~

CAS Christmas Cards

Good Monday Morning!

Back on the Dies R Us Blog again.  Today I want to share with you a couple of very clean and very simple Christmas Cards.  This is so not my style, but I thought I would show you how easy it really is to create a simple little Christmas card suitable for mailing, without extra postage, something I am not very familiar with.

Again I used this awesome Christmas Tree die from Die-Versions.  It was on Close Out back in August and I managed to snatch one up.

Any simple tree die would work for this technique.  There are many Christmas Tree Dies to choose from in our fabulous Dies R Us Store.  Pick out a couple for yourself!

On this card I used the positive die cut and just adhered them on to a piece of Red card stock, which was them mounted on to the Polka Dot Designer Paper.

This card uses the negative portion of the die cut, which I backed with that same Polka Dot Designer Paper, mounted on Red card stock and then adhered to the Striped Designer Paper.  If you line your dies up perfectly on measured card stock it makes it so much easier to create 2 cards at once.

These are super simple....super easy!  Quite out of my comfort zone.....I am heading back to my layers and accents.  lol

Check out the Forest of Christmas Tree Dies in our Dies R Us Store, you'll be happy you did!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Enjoy~~

Wine Bottle Birthday Tag

Hello Again!

Just a quick little post.

I made this Wine Bottle Tag for the Challenges at Poppy Stamps, Plaid Is Rad and Scrapy Land, Anything Goes.

I started with a piece of card stock measuring 2.75 x 7.5 inches, scoring at 2.5 inches.  In the short end I cut a hole out using Spellbinders Classic Circles die and then made a frame layering the Classic Circle and a Scallop Circle die.  The sentiment is stamped in Tempting Turquoise ink onto a Spellbinders die, Captivating Squares, and is from Power Poppy, the Potted Primroses stamp set.

The floral die is by Poppy Stamps, Dogwood Blossom Corner die.  I cut it out twice layering the yellow over the turquoise flowers.  Designer Papers by Pebbles, Family Ties.  Adhesive Rhinestones and Pearls and a Sheer Yellow Ribbon for accents.

Now I just have to make a 'packie run'.  Not sure if that phrase translates out of New England, but it means making a trip to a Liquor Store.

Thanks for stopping by!  Time to get my Wine On!

Enjoy~~

So Thankful!

Good Morning!

Today's card will be entered into the Challenges at; Simon Says Monday, Shine Bright Like A Diamond and Simon Says Wednesday, Thanks/Thanksgiving.

I used the beautiful digi set from Graciellie Design, Elegant Greetings.  I water colored my Hydrangea and background water color paper using Crushed Curry, Melon mambo, Pink Pirouette and So Saffron inks.

Pretty Pink Sequins for some added Bling and a sheer deep Pink Ribbon.  This card really doesn't need anything more.

Not your traditional Thanksgiving card but one I can certainly use for a Cape Cod neighbor.

Thanks so much for stopping in, I am thankful you did!

Enjoy~~
