Merry Christmas

Good Morning!  Happy Wednesday!
Back again on the Tutti Designs Inspiration Blog

Here on the Tutti Designs Inspiration Blog we have been
celebrating our July Release with all things Christmas!  So Festive!

Here is a simple designed card using a magnificent Tutti Designs Store die.

These cards only measure 4 1/4 squared.  They are great for little notes or even a gift tag.  I wanted to keep them fairly simple and let the die work it's magic.  Die cutting each Merry Christmas die in a wonderful foil.  Green, Gold and Hot Pink.

I also added splatters of craft paints and matching sequins in the Green, Gold and Hot Pink.

Topped each little snowflake with an Adhesive pearl for accent.

Sometimes less is more!

Holiday Lantern

Good Morning!
Back again on the Tutti Designs Inspiration Blog.

We are still celebrating our Christmas and Holiday July Release in the Tutti Designs Store.

Let me shed some light on my Holiday card using this fabulous Holiday Lantern.

I simply die cut twice and colored with Copic Markers.
I also added a few layers of the little stars by die cutting several more times.

I wanted the Holiday Lantern to appear as if it were on a decorated mantle, nestled in some pretty Holly Boughs.  My sentiment picks up on the sparkle and shine of my glitter.  Power Poppy; Glistening PaperwhitesRaven Black ink.

Just 2 layers this time to add that depth and dimension.

From my home to yours and with a lot of help from the Tutti Designs Store I am wishing you the merriest of Christmases!  Come on in out of the cold, take a look around.

Here I simply die cut the coziest of home dies, Winter House.  Nestled in a wooded setting, the hearth warmed by the fire and the coolest of snowman keeping watch.  So cozy!

Die cut from white card stock and colored with Copic Markers.  I also added a bit of snowy glitter and some iridescent sequins to add a frosty flavor and feel.  My sentiment is stamped in Raven Black ink and is by Gina K Designs, Wishing You Joy.  Double stitched ribbon.

Double D, All White

Good Morning!

It's time for another FUN Challenge over at the Double D Challenge Blog.

Check out your inspiration this time:

I will admit, right here, right now, that these are difficult cards for me to create, almost as tough as making a CAS design.....almost.  But this is what I came up with.  I think at one point I just kept adding layers lol  They don't call it a Challenge for nothing!

Of course I started with Pure Luxury White card stock by Gina K Designs.  I then started to create a 'base panel' of sorts.  I used the MFT Vertical Frame die cut and then proceeded to place a Lattice die cut from the Garden Gate Kit by Papertrey Ink.  If you look closely you may be able to see it.  These were layered over a doily which I cut in half, a piece on either side.

Then I just started decorating and topping that panel.  Die cuts in; Paper Smooches, Foliage 3, Poppy Stamps, Dogwood Blossom Corner, MFT Fancy Flourish and Impression Obsession Birds.  All layered in there.  Finally topping with that magnificent butterfly by Crafty Ann, Butterfly 6.  Then I grabbed my Adhesive Pearls. Started with the flower centers.  Then the bird's eyes.  Then willy nilly all over, really no rhyme or reason......as you can tell.  lol

Lots of texture.

Lots of dimension.

I must say this was kind of fun to create.  No sentiment.....I have a bad record with all white cards and inks!

Please come on over to the Double D Blog and join in all of the FUN!  You'll be glad you did because there is a wonderful prize up for grabs!

Thanks for flitting in.

Enjoy~~

Holiday Candles

Good Morning!

Still celebrating all things Christmas with our festive July Release.

Head on over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the wonderful dies!

I fell in love with these beautiful Holiday Candles.

So Pretty.  So Bright.  So Festive!

Here's my Tutti Tip for the day:  these detailed dies may be colored in any medium or backed in different colored card stock or foils.  You can also just die cut them from any white or colored card stock and they will ALWAYS look amazing......ALWAYS!

Here I have backed my die cut with yellow, red and green card stock.   Yet all of that pristine detail is easily seen because I used a white card stock base.

I also added some Fun Foam to the back of my Holiday Candles which adds so much depth and dimension.  Stamped my sentiment, by Gina K Designs, Wishing You Joy and added a few Gold Adhesive Rhinestones for accents.  Inks in Real Red and Raven Black.

Cardinal Wreath

Good Morning!
I'm back on the back again on the Tutti Designs Inspiration Blog

The Tutti Designs Store is jammed packed full of all things Christmas and everything Holiday you could ever want or need for the upcoming Season.  Check out our SPECTACULAR July Release.

Today I am sharing this amazing Cardinal Wreath.

I die cut this magnificent wreath 3 times, twice from white card stock and a third time from a chipboard piece.  I layered all three together and then colored with Copic Markers.

I covered the complete die cut with some Tombo Liquid Glue and then sprinkled some snowy glitter all over.  It really sparkles and shines and gives it that cold frosty winter look I was going for.  Stamped my perfect little Holiday sentiment by Gina K Designs, Peace And Joy stamp set in Raven Black ink and I was done.

CAS at it's finest!  I struggle no more!!!

The layering definitely adds a bit of oomph!

The details and size of this die is awesome.
You can create an entire beautiful card front from this one glorious die!

Double D, Tan Neutrals With Texture

Good Morning!

A brand new Challenge is up and running over at the Double D Challenge Blog.

Ready for some wonderful inspiration?

Here's my card:

My background die is Papertrey Ink's Hexagon Cover Plate.  I found an easy way to secure it to my Ivory card stock by framing it in with Washi Tape.  No more muss and fuss with liquid glue, worked perfectly!  I also added 4 Corner Tabs from an EK Success Punch.  This magnificent Sunflower die is by Cheery Lynn, aptly named, Sunflower, which also embosses some great texture when die cutting.  I cut it twice to layer the petals, once from Tan Leather card stock and then from a glittery Beige.

My sentiment is by Gina K Designs, from The Journey stamp set and is stamped in Timber Brown ink all on an MFT Stitched Traditional Tags die cut.  Sheer Ribbon, Natural Twine and a small Button for accents.

Please come on over to the Double D Blog and join in all of the FUN!  You'll be glad you did because there is a wonderful prize up for grabs!

Thanks so much for popping in!
