Love And Marriage

Good Morning!

Just trying out some ideas for a Wedding card as my daughter's is in 5 short weeks!  Eek!  Their vows will be exchanged under a magnificent Chinese Mulberry Tree.

This card will be entered into the Challenge at Papertrey Ink, Masking Sentiments. 

 
I used the stamp set, Love & Marriage from Papertrey Ink, how appropriate!  I made a mask of the sentiment and placed it in the center of my panel.  Then I stamped that beautiful tree right over the mask in Always Artichoke Ink.  Pulled up the mask and stamped the sentiment again using Versa Mark and Gold Embossing Powder.  I made a frame using the Gold Embossing Powder too and layered the image over it.  Another layer of card stock in Asparagus.

    What a touching and special card for your daughter Lori and future son in law, Tim. Combining the tree and the sentiment that they will soon become. Great CAS idea. It should be framed. Just sayin.

    I LOVE that tree stamp - and you got a nice, crisp impression with it. Well done. What a beautiful, classic card. I really like the black, white, and embossed gold - just GAWJUS!!!!

    Such a beautiful card and so appropriate since they will be married under a Chinese Mulberry tree. Love the masked sentiment and the gold....absolutely beautiful!

    SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!! Love the gold embossing of the sentiment. Your daughter and soon to be s-i-l will treasure it always.....and I wouldn't be surprised if they frame it.
