Great Impressions August Challenge

Happy Sunday Morning!

Welcome to a new Monthly Challenge at Great Impressions Add A Sentiment!

For this card I only wanted to use a sentiment, to just let it do all the talking, so to speak.  It is E878 Happy from the Great Impressions online store!  Go check them out!!!

It's just a simple little card with a powerful sentiment.....think about it.....do it!

I started with water color paper and water color pencils.  Stamped my sentiment smack dab in the middle of my paper and then created my soft pastel color background.  I then layered my paper on a piece of lilac card stock and then on yellow card stock, to bring out more of the background colors.

Remember you have all month to play along in the Great Impressions August Challenge!  AND if you happen to use some wonderful Great Impressions stamps upload your creation into the Customer Gallery  to have a chance at winning some awesome prizes at year end!

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Enjoy~~

  1. Boy oh boy, this is a powerful statement! It really makes you think. At first, I was thinking crafting, but that is just am embellishment. What really makes me happy is spending time with family and seeing them happy. Having friends to enjoy and relate to is a plus. Then crafting, lol. Love your thoughtful card.
