Water Color Daffodil

Good Morning!

This sweet little card will be entered into the Challenge at Power Poppy, Switch Up Your Shades, to use a different coloring medium than you typically use and at ScrapyLand, Anything Goes!  I typically use Copic Markers so I decided to experiment with a little water coloring.  Eh......

The image is from the Power Poppy Digital Stamp set, Dancing With Daffodils, it is just sooooo Springy, sentiment from their Short Stacks set.

Spellbinders Fancy Ribbon Threader die for sentiment, a bit of ribbon for accent, Sakura Glaze Pen for flower centers and some ink splatters.

I do love this image.  Even with 5 inches of snow on the ground my Daffodils are up about 4 inches....one day it is 50 degrees the next a mini blizzard.  Such a crazy winter we are experiencing here in the North East!  :)

Thanks for coming by.

Enjoy~~

  7. Your water coloring is very nice and you should do more. That sweet die on the bottom is just the right tough, and makes it look so much more delicate. Great job! Again.
