This card will be entered into the Challenge at
Simon Says Monday, Add Texture.
There's a lot going on here!
I started with a MFT Stitched Tag.
Roughed up the edges with a pair of scissors.
Then using the Hero Arts Bold Script background stamp,
which I stamped twice, once in Dove Grey ink and then in Clear Embossing Powder,
I shifted the paper just a bit to get this shadow effect.
Ink blended with Distress Oxide inks in;
Fired Brick, Spiced Marmalade, Soot and Wilted Violet.
Tuxedo Black ink.
Distress Embossing Powder in Eggplant.
Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.
Crop-o-dile.
Miscellaneous Halloween dies.
Waffle Flower Number dies.
Die Versions Little Lime Font dies.

You are not kidding when you said there's a lot going on. But only YOU can pull it off. If I tried something like this it would be a hot mess. One of the things I love about this creation is all the beautiful jewel tones, those colors are FABULOUS. And then the "smoke" around the potion bottles, now that is just GENIUS!! I love, love, LOVE this!!!!!

ReplyDeleteso cool, love your inking and the cool touches with the hand, spider and bat, great idea with the cotton ball, gives the bottles a eerie touch!
