Clothespin Ornament

Hello again!

I made a few of these 3 years ago, and this year I got to make one for my own daughter, yippee!  Super simple, thank you Pinterest!

This will be entered into the Challenges at Stamp TV, Emboss Is BossMod Squad, Anything Goes! and Simon Says Wednesday, Sparkle.

I used the Gina K Designs stamp set, Lacy Borders.  The tag die is from MFT, Stitched Traditional Tags, which cuts and embosses that beautiful stitching--I use them quite a bit, probably one of the best dies around!  Spellbinders Hearts die, which was cut in White Glitter Paper.  A Clothespin, of course, some Adhesive Pearls, Silver Twine and some Craft Paint.  AND the veil is part of MY wedding veil.....love that little touch!

And now for the dip...................

Her dress is also covered in some pretty glitter.  :)

Thanks so much for coming by.....love it when you do!

Enjoy~~

Sending You My Love

Good Morning.....I trust you all survived?  Beautiful days.....kind of glad they're over.

Today's card will be entered into the following Challenges; MFT Sketch, MFT Color, Mod Squad, Anything Goes!, and Simon Says Wednesday, Sparkle.

Mo and Jo seemed to have taken a little walk....hope it's a short one.  I used the MFT stamp set, Pure Innocence, Will You Be Mine.  Images colored with Copic Markers.  Spellbinders Hearts dies as well as Penny Black, Heart Strings die.

I added a Clear Wink Of Stella Sparkle to her bow and heart card as well as the mailbox flag, it's subtle but they're there.

I need to get back in the groove.....Mo....Jo.....where ART though!  :)

Have a wonderful week, thanks for popping in!

Enjoy~~

Polka Dots!

I am Hosting the Challenge over at Stamp TV, Polka Dots!

I've got a fun Challenge for today.....just use Polka Dots.....yup, that's it.  You may make any style card you would like, as long as we can see your Polka Dots.  Fun & Festive.  Aren't you happy I am not asking for another Holiday card?  lol

Here is my card using a couple of older stamps A Year Of Flowers 2 and Buds And Vases, both illustrated by the talented Melanie Muenchinger.

Images colored with Copic Markers.  I stamped the jar and flowers and then fussy cut each out.  Chipboard accents, ribbon and twine.  Liquid Pearls in Flamingo for flower centers.

Bracket Edge Duo and Stitched Traditional Tag dies.  I made this card for my Daughter's Wedding Florist, she did an exceptional job, hope she feels the same.

I know it's a very busy week, but if you have the time I would love to see what you create, there is an awesome Grab Bag Prize in the offering!

Go ahead and check it out!

Thanks so much!

Bless You

Good Morning!

Heading into the home stretch.  Hope you are checking things off your list in a stress-free kind of way!

I made this Sympathy card for a dear, sweet man.

This card uses the Flourishes stamp sets Anemones and That's A Wrap.    It also has an embossed feature using a die.  I saw this idea at Couture Creations, Kerrie shows you how to use dies for embossing, really cool and it works!  I used the MFT die Vertical Greetings.

I used my Minc and some Gold Foil on a thin strip of paper (the toner paper sheets that Heidi Swapp sells) and also on the Spellbinders Fancy Ribbon Threader dies.  They make a lovely accent in gold.

Corner Rounder Punch and A Pinch Of White Wink Of Stella.  Images colored with Copic Markers.

This card will be entered into the following Challenges;

MFT Sketch  I 'Mirror Imaged' mine
Mod Squad, Anything But Christmas
Simon Says Monday, Just A Pinch

Thanks so much for coming by.....time to wrap.....and grocery shop.....and finish decorating....and wrap some more.

Merry Merry!

These will be entered into the Challenges at Stamp TV, Quick And Easy, Tag Or Thank You Note and Simon Says Monday, Just A Pinch.

Inks in Always Artichoke and Bravo Burgundy.  And just a pinch of Sakura White Glaze Pen and Clear Wink Of Stella on the berries.

Elegant Berry Branch

Good Tuesday Morning!

On The Great Impressions Blog today!

Another delightful wintery card to share with you......sit back and grab a sweater.  lol

I have used the beautiful Great Impressions Stamp J120 Eelgant Berry Branch.  I stamped the branch on a Spellbinders Long Classic Rectangle die and layered that on some pretty red card stock.  Added a bright red and white gingham check ribbon and bow to the top of the branch.  Placed that all on a white piece of card stock embossed using a Snowflakes Swirl Folder.  I also added Dazzling Diamonds Glitter all over the embossed panel, it shimmers and shines so much, in real life.

After assembling my whole card I grabbed a bunch of Red Adhesive Rhinestones and decorated the larger berries I had colored with a Copic Marker.

This card really has an impact.  AND it is Clean And Simple which I really struggle with.  YAY!!!

Thanks so much for popping in.  Don't forget to check out our Monthly Challenge at Great Impressions and when you use some of our fabulous Great Impressions Stamps upload your creation to our Customer Gallery.  Who knows, maybe you'll be one of the lucky participants to win some FREE stamps at the year end drawing.  Good Luck!

This uses stamps from the Season's Greetings set by Gina K Designs.  The snowflake ornament stamp is so delicate and detailed.  These were heat embossed in a light blue sparkle powder, they are really pretty in real life.  The tag die cut is by MFT, Stitched Traditional Tag.

Just added a bit of rick rack ribbon in blue and silver and 3 teeny rhinestones.  Delicate.

These will be entered into the following Challenges:

CAS-ual Fridays, Snowflakes
Simon Says Monday, Holly Jolly Stamping
Stamp TV, Bring On The Bling

Winter Chickadee Ornament Tag

Good Tuesday Morning!

On The Great Impressions Blog today!

I made a sweet little Tag.

Using the most precious Great Impressions Stamp, G28 Winter Chickadee I created an Ornament shaped tag.  Using the Sizzix Ornament # 4 die I created my base, then I stamped that plump little Chickadee on top, coloring with Copic Markers.

Grabbed some wide Christmas Ribbon and tied on a pretty metal Joy Star shaped charm, topped off with Gold Twine and Adhesive Rhinestone.

I can picture my Nana Amy mixing up a batch of suet and filling those little cages to feed the Chickadees all winter long.  She would have LOVED this sweet little birdie!

Don't forget to join in our Monthly Challenge and to upload all of your creations that use Great Impressions Stamps in to our Customer Gallery.  At the end of the year, we will do some giveaways to say "THANK YOU" to some of our lucky participants!

Thanks so much for popping in.  Don't forget to feed our feathery friends, especially in winter!
