I CASED another card. This time from Laurie Schmidlin. It was my favorite card from the Gina K Designs Release last week.
Here is my card:
I used the Gina K Designs stamp sets; A Little Something, Signs Of Spring and Stately Flowers 8. I didn't have a big flourish so I used the little flower from A Little Something. Worked like a charm when stamping with Versa Mark ink to create my background. Green base portion die cut using My Favorite Things Die-Namics, Snow Drifts.
I took liberties in coloring the Orange Blossoms, typically white, I went with shades of yellow. Leaves stamped in Wild Wasabi ink. Sentiment in Gold Embossing Powder. A little torn Vellum, gold ribbon and Sakura Yellow Glitter Pen for accents. And last but not least, a sweet little butterfly accent, Martha Stewart Trio Punch, blue, white and Vellum layers.
I adore Laurie Schmidlin's creativity.....you should check out her amazing work!
This card will be entered into the following Challenges;
