Dynamic Duo

Good Afternoon!

Another little creation to share with you.  This will be entered into the Challenges at Stamp TV, Use A Snowman, hosted by my BFF Barbara Campbell and Simon Says Wednesday, Gearing Up For Christmas.

They are such good friends!  I stamped the snowman image from Season's Greetings by Gina K Designs, twice, masking off one.  Colored with Copic Markers and mounted on Spellbinders  Labels 3 die cuts.  MFT Notched Border die, Swiss Dots  and Snowflakes Embossing Folders to add a bit of interest.

A little chunky glitter snow, enamel dot and pretty ribbon to complete my look.  I went with a rustic country look in colors and Designer Papers, I also sponged the focal image die cut to soften it.

Thanks so much for popping in, glad you did!

Enjoy~~

Snowman Shaker Tag

Good Morning!

I have a quick little creation to share with you over coffee!

This will be entered into the Challenges at Stamp TV, Use A Snowman, hosted by the one, the only super talented and a wonderful BFF, Barbara Campbell..... and the crowd goes wild!  And Simon Says Wednesday, Gearing Up For Christmas.

Sorry.....lots of caffeine this morning (like always lol)

Just a simple little tag, but oh so fun to make!  I used the snowman stamp from Gina K Designs, Season's Greetings.  Made my shaker by following this VIDEO from Papertrey Ink.  It is my all time favorite way to make shakers!  The little guy, or 'Bucket Head' as I refer to him (with love!) was lightly colored with Copic Markers.  Added blue sequins and snowy glitter for the shaker itself.  A couple of blue grey metallic snowflakes from a small punch and a little red and white gingham ribbon.  I also used Spellbinders Classic and Scallop Circle dies.

Darling little Bucket Head!  lol

Thanks for popping in....hmmm.....should I get another refill?

Enjoy~~

Cute Little Snowmen

Good afternoon!  Just one little personal update....my house is clean, my house is decorated.....for tomorrow I shop!!!

Just had to make one more snowman entry for The Mod Squad Challenge, Frosty The Snowman and thought I might as well add it to the Stamp TV, Winter Chocolate Challenge, Simon Says Monday Challenge, Holiday Cards, and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge, Christmas/Holidays.

I made a little 3x3 card set of adorable snowman I first saw on Pinterest.

The eyes and mouth were hand drawn and then traced over using a Sakura Black Glaze Pen.  I flicked a little bit of brown craft paint over the snowman's head, which was cut out using a Spellbinders Classic Circle die.  I also edged them in Distress Ink, Antique Linen.  Stamped the sentiment form the Gina K Designs stamp set, Seasonal Labels.  Added a bit of gingham ribbon for their scarves.  I also topped the scarves with wooden snowflakes which I colored in with a Sakura Clear Star Pen.  These were FUN to make!  I will make some matching envelopes and use them as gift cards.

Thanks for popping in!

Merry Merry!

Going Dotty

Good Morning Campers!

Although we are still experiencing mild temps and warm days, I just had to get this stamp inky!  This snowman is WHY I ordered these stamps, and now that I hold it in my hand I love the entire set!  It is Let It Snow, designed by Theresa Momber, for Gina K Designs

The card will be entered into the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge, We're Going Dotty.

Isn't he just the happiest snowman you have ever seen?  And if Frosty has taught us anything, we know how magical they can be!

Lightly colored with Copics.  The JOY (my most favorite word evah!)  was stamped with Stazon Teal, outlined with a clear Sakura pen.  The snowman is covered in Diamond Stickles to give it that frosty look.  The designer paper has the feel of snow falling softly overhead.  The DP is actually an inexpensive paper pack I bought at my local craft store, A. C. Moore, for $2.  They have a great little section of inexpensive embellishment's.  Sometimes less is more!

A simple card that makes me look forward to winter AND snow.  I think I will make it my mission this winter to build more snowmen.......care to join me?

See all that shimmer and shine?  He's just so dang cuuuuuute!  :)

As always thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my projects and anything I might have to say.  I hope you continue to do so as I do appreciate you all!

ENJOY~~
