I love this fabulous card, Donna! Thanks so much for guest designing on the Cropstop blog this month! I have really enjoyed featuring your creativity!
ReplyDeleteA stunning masculine card! Fabulous image and papers and I so love how you ‘knotted’ the twine, such a lovely accent! x
ReplyDeleteFabulous Donna! What a great masculine card. The mini flag is a great nautical touch.
ReplyDeleteDonna - this looks SO BEACHY! I love the details and natural simplicity of your creation, letting nature reveal her own true self through your most capable hands. It's a wonderful card! We have a lot of white pelicans here, both in the seaside communities and further inland around the lakes and rivers. They roost in great flocks. You have captured them beautifully! Wishing you a lovely weekend! hugs, de
ReplyDeleteI always love your nautical cards and the way you use banners which has become another of your signature embellishments. Fabulous papers and design.
ReplyDeleteGreat masculine card design and I love how you used that image. We don't often see that in our area but I still think it is a bird that does remind me of lakes and oceans. You really captured that idea awesomely.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Great masculine card my friend. Love that pelican, and everything else about it.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on being a guest designer. You rule when it comes to making a nautical card. Love the papers and dies and the pelican is just so regal sitting on the pier pile on. Such a great masculine card for Fathers Day.
ReplyDeleteI really love this card. It is so YOU!!! You are the best nautical card maker I know. The bird is colored perfectly and I really like all the patterned papers, even on the flags. Just a great masculine card!!!
ReplyDeleteFantastic papers to go with your bird, great masculine card!
ReplyDeleteThis card is fabulous Donna! Love the added twine and that pelican is colored perfectly! Congrats on your guesting gig too!
ReplyDeleteSuch a wonderful card, Donna! We actually have Pelicans that come and spend the Summer in our river. There's even a contest every Spring to guess when they'll arrive! lol They're beautiful birds! :o)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Father's Day card! Love the sea theme and that sweet Pelican. Lovely colors too.
