I LOVE how it came out, hope you do too!
Colored with Copic Markers, a bit of purple twine and button, and some Liquid Pearl centers added to the flowers. This flower is the quintessential Cape Cod flower for sure! I can not wait for mine to grow big and strong and bloom.
Here's a photo from last year's 'hedge'.
Thanks for popping in.
May your day be a happy one!
Enjoy~~
Okay.....this is really AMAZING!!!! Sooooo impressed with your talent lady! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteWell ditto what Nancy said. This is absolutely AMAZING!!! I just love everything about it, especially how you colored it. You really captured the essence of your hydrangeas. This card is spectaculare!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Love the large stamp in this technique. Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers and you colored them fabulously.
ReplyDeleteYou can almost reach out and touch these flowers. They look so real. Great job on this card. So a question. On the photo from last year, are they miniature hydrangeas? We are planning some new plants in our yard and those were suggested.
ReplyDeleteNo they are not miniature hydrangeas. I have 4 that grow so large and beautiful right there, that they make a wonderful privacy hedge. I wonder why they suggested the miniature ones? Spacing issues? Climate? Hmmmm?
DeleteGorgeous card...love the hydrangeas and the beautiful way you colored them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! Those flowers are amazing and beautifully colored!
