Sugar Coated Sentiments stamp set.
Notched Border die.
Black and White Stripes Designer Paper.
I fussy cut the heart out and colored with Copic Markers.
Spellbinders Hearts die.
Black and White Embossing Powder.
Heat and Stick Powder and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.
Adhesive Pearls.

Love how the rainbow of colors in the heart just pops against the black and white, such pretty shimmer on it also. I like how you did the white border with red gems too!

OMG!!!! This card just ROCKS!!! The rainbow heart is not enough, you have also used the black and white stripe in two different directions. GENIUS!!! Why do black and white stripes always make a card pop? EVERY! SINGLE! TIME!!!! This is a really, REALLY cool card!!!
