Today's card was made for the Challenges at Stamp TV, Stitch It Up!, hosted by my dear friend Sharyn Polesel, Simon Says Monday, Pastels and Simon Says Wednesday, Birthday--they are celebrating their 6th Birthday!!!
I whipped out my Janome Mini Sewing Machine for this Challenge, I had forgotten how much fun it is to sew on cards.....I can not sew anything else that's for sure! The Designer Paper is The Coral Couture by DCWV. I stitched 2 lines on the bottom panel and I stitched a piece of Vellum overlay on top of the Martha Stewart Butterfly Border Punch. I added 2 'brass' brads, one is under the seam binding ribbon, which was colored with a Copic Marker.
Corner Tabs, Gold & Pearl Button, thin Jute Twine for accents. Hand cut tag stamped with a Happy Birthday sentiment from the Gina K Designs set, Block Greetings in Bermuda Bay ink and a small butterfly on the inside from Stamp It Big.
