Double D, Scare-in' Up Some Pumpkins

Good Morning!

A brand new Challenge is up and running over at the Double D Challenge Blog.

Here is your Inspiration Tile for this Challenge:

Scare-in' Up Some Pumpkins
(Scarecrows and/or Pumpkins)

And here's my creation:

I first noticed the Sunflowers in the bottom right corner, so I grabbed my Cheery Lynn Sunflower die and started from there.  Cut from a Pumpkin and Corn card stock and a bit of Artichoke for the foliage.  MFT Cross Stitched Tags die.  The sentiment is by Gina K Designs; Harvest Of Wishes, stamped in Raven Black ink.

I kept the front quite plain so the 'surprise' would be the inside upon opening!

SURPRISE!

This spectacular card die is by Karen Burniston, #1009 Twist Panel Pop Up.
It was so FUN to make and decorate!
Here's what it looks like:

I got mine from Dies R Us

I used the Gina K Designs stamp set, Autumn Beauty.  Colored with Copic Markers.  I also added 2 flourishes, the large one by Cheery Lynn; Fanciful Flourish and the smaller one by MFT; Fancy Flourish.

Happy Fall Y'All

The Grateful die is by PTI; Counting My Blessings
it is layered in card stock of  Pumpkin over Black.

This card will be entered into the following Challenges:

Allsorts, Autumn Glory
Crop Stop, Anything Goes
Dies R Us, Anything Goes
Simon Says Wednesday, Anything Goes

Please come on over to the Double D Blog and join in all of the FUN!
You'll be glad you did as there is always a pretty prize up for grabs!

Here is the FAB prize for this Challenge:

 Enjoy!

  11. Your sunflower is so pretty, and what a wonderful surprise when opening the card and seeing all the Autumn splendor inside! Beautiful job in the coloring! I made one of these without a die, I bet it would be much easier with the die :)
