I struggle with this style of card, 

so I do like to try and make them from time to time. 

Here, I have created a set of 4.

I used the Impression Obsession stamp set, Bloom Baby Bloom.

It has these 4 pretty little wreaths, each design a bit different.

Sakura Glitter Pen.

Same card designs with different wreaths in different colors.

Very Clean, Very Simple.

The struggle is real!

Makes for a pretty little set of note cards.

Over the past couple of months I whipped up a ton of 

CAS cards and cards that are nice and flat, no embellishments.  

I gave a whole basket of them to my daughter.  Thought she

could keep in touch with her girlfriends via snail mail.

It's been a year....am I right?!?!  Well looooonger than a year!

For whatever reason I am really not a fan of the slimline card design, 

yet here I am making one.

I used the Power Poppy Party Time stamps for my stack of presents image, 

and the inside banner too.

Clear and White Embossing Powders.

Foam Dots.

Corner Rounder.

Inside.

I even made the matching envelope.

I still feel 'meh' about them!

Happy Birthday Odomenter

Our son in law, Tim turned 40 on March 26th!

Thought he would enjoy an odometer Birthday card, more or less lol

I used a set by Recollections for the numbers which were stamped in Amalgam Black ink and heat embossed in Black Powder.  Each number was stamped on to a smaller square of card stock.  Then I trimmed the tops and bottoms to show movement, going from 39 to 40....in the blink of an eye lol

Many layers of black and red card stock.

Silver Star Designer Paper background.

A really FUN card to make, I think he enjoyed it!
