A Cheery Hello

 Good Morning! 


This card will be entered into the following Challenges:  
  
Simon Says Wednesday, Stamp It.  
Paper Funday,  Anything Goes!

And my good gal pal, Barbara Campbell is a Guest Designer for

CAS Mix Up September Challenge so I had to play along there too!




This is about as Clean and Simple as I can get.




Cheery Lynn Sunflower dies, petals cut and layered twice.
MFT Stitched Rectangle die and Black and White striped DP.
Power Poppy Potted Primrose stamp set.




I water colored my die cuts with Distress Oxide Inks in;
Fossilized Amber, Mowed Lawn, 
Spiced marmalade and Vintage Photo.
Tuxedo Black ink for sentiment.
Foam Squares--little itty bitty ones under the top layer
of sunflower petals, and a large one for the center.

Allsorts, Challenge #856, Embossing

Good Morning!   


I am sooooo excited to tell you that I am Guest Designing over at the


Challenge #856, Embossing.

You may use Heat or Dry Embossing for this Challenge.
And there is a fantastic prize up for grabs!



Here is what I created.

I used both Gold Heat Embossing and Dry Embossing.




Hero Arts With Sympathy stamp and die sets and
the Script Bold Print Background stamp, which I heat embossed in Gold.
Sizzix 3D Geometric Flowers Embossing Folder.
PFS Stitched Rectangle die and Jewels.
Power Poppy Soothing Sympathy stamp set.



Tuxedo Black ink.
Gold and Clear Embossing.
Copic Markers.
Foam Sheets and Squares.

Thankfully I don't need a Sympathy card just yet,
but they're good to have on hand.

Black and White Gingham Ribbon.
Vellum.
Paint Splatters.
Foam Sheets.




Dimension.



I created a 2nd card, same ingredients.



Spring sentiment fussy cut on both cards.




Tried to make it look like a very good closeup of a Postage Stamp.
I would totally buy this style!




Inside.
Both cards have this sentiment, but the 1st one has lots of
black ink smudges on it lol  
I will deal with that before mailing.  :)
