Double D, Springtime Flowers

Good Morning!

A brand new Challenge is up and running over at the Double D Challenge Blog

Here is your Inspiration Tile:

Springtime Flowers.

Here is what I created:

The Greetery Tulips dies.
Kat Scrappiness Postage Rectangle die.
PFS Stitched Rectangle and Braided Circles dies.
MFT Itty Bitty Strips die.
Simon Says Stamp Garden Fresh stamp set.
Gina K Designs Post Card & More stamp set.

Background created by the Ink Smooshing with Acetate Technique,
with Tempting Turquoise ink.
Tuxedo Black, Picked Raspberry, Peeled Paint and Squeezed Lemonade inks.
Copic Markers for shading.
Black and White Gingham Ribbon.
Vellum.
Paint Splatters.
Foam Sheets.

Dimension.

I created a 2nd card, same ingredients.

Spring sentiment fussy cut on both cards.

Tried to make it look like a very good closeup of a Postage Stamp.
I would totally buy this style!

Inside.
Both cards have this sentiment, but the 1st one has lots of
black ink smudges on it lol
I will deal with that before mailing.  :)

2 pretty Springtime Floral cards!

Please come on over to the Double D Blog and join in all of the FUN!

You'll be glad you did as there is always a pretty prize up for grabs!

Here's the prize for this Challenge:

Thanks so much for popping in!

Enjoy~~

  3. These are both so gorgeous! Love those pretty spring tulips and the postal vibe you've got going on. Our tulips and daffodils haven't opened yet. Still too cold. I'm glad I can enjoy your beautiful spring card today!

  5. You really put a lot of effort and supplies in these two cards. I love that you used a lot of different company supplies and made something really sweet and so fresh and spring looking. Nice touch to add the postage stamp images too.
