Double D, Easter

Good Morning!

A brand new Challenge is up and running over at the Double D Challenge Blog

Here is your Inspiration Tile:

Easter.

One of my dear BFF's, Barbara Campbell, sent me some of The Greetery's
Sea Grass Basket die cuts, so I figured I would make a unique
Easter Basket with them.
Thank you, Barb, for always being so thoughtful and generous!

Here is what I created:

The Greetery Sea Grass Basket die cuts.
Sizzix Stitched Border die.
MB Lavender Branch die.
Honey Bee Egg Crate dies.
Gina K Designs Basket Blessings and Stately Flowers #8 stamp sets.
Hand Cut Grass.

Inks in;
Perfect Plum, Picked Raspberry, Fossilized Amber,
Salty Ocean and Antique Linen.
Copic Markers for shading.
Darice Basket Weave Embossing Folder.
Sheer Ribon.
Brads.
White Paint Splatters.
Foam Sheets.

Inside.

Dimension and Texture!

Please come on over to the Double D Blog and join in all of the FUN!

You'll be glad you did as there is always a pretty prize up for grabs!

  2. Beautiful basket and full of cute speckled eggs! The sentiment reminds me of the metal medallion tags found on some baskets. Another great creation full of dimension.
