Blooming Hello

 Good Afternoon! 
It's another rainy day here, so no gardening just crafting!
It's a win/win whatever the weather!

This first card will be entered into the Challenges at:

I used the Altenew Peony Spray stamp and die set.
I traced the die on the outer portion 
to get a larger mat to back my flower.
Amalgam Black ink.
Copic Markers.




PTI Stencil, Mix and Mat Flourish die.
Tempting Turquoise.  
Clear Embossing Powder.  
Sequins. 
WOS. 
Fun Foam.




This next card will be entered into the MFT Sketch Challenge.





I used the MFT Winter Wreath stamp set.

  1. When it rains you pour out the craftiest cards. These are so detailed and gorgeous. I love how you traced around the die on the first card. You made your own silhouette. The colors on the second card just pop.

  6. You must love the rain. It is going to be 109 here and there not promising any relief. Did you retire? Great blooming design. Love that flower and the background. Great take on the MTF sketch too. I agree with Barb and Gerry... rain is good for your creativity.

  7. I trace around a die quite often to make a mat for a shape, but I have never thought to trace it for a shadow around an image. This is GENIUS!!! LOVE both of these, they are gorgeous. Rainy here today, and I was in my craft room all afternoon. You always inspire me.

  8. Such pretty shading on the first one, like the stenciled background and cute sentiment, the sequins are a pretty touch!
    The second one is such a pretty wreath, love the sentiment inside, like how you used the sketch and have different blues strips, neat touch!

  9. Donna, these are so so soooooo gorgeous! I thoroughly enjoy blue and purple leaves when coloring flowers, and this pink and blue creation looks amazing! I can just visualize myself at a botanical garden with the 2nd card. It's pure loveliness! hugs, de
