Today's card will be entered into the Challenges at; Papertrey Ink, Sketch, Stamping Sensations, Flowers, Penny Black* Love, Hearts or Flowers and Allsorts, Spots and/or Stripes.
* I think I have been playing along at Penny Black wrong all these months/years--maybe not all the time, but probably enough.....I thought any type of stamping was eligible, but it should actually be the main focus.....oopsie.
I chose Melissa's Sketch:
I used the Papertrey Ink products;
Designer Paper, In Bloom.
Mix & Mat Flourish die.
Flower Favorites, stamps and dies (cropped).
Daydreamer stamps and dies.
Happy For You stamp.
Dies R Us Butterfly #2 die (layered).
Inks in; Old Olive, Pink Pirouette, Rose Red, Tangerine Tango and Wild Wasabi.
Green Embossing Powder.
Vellum.
Rhinestones.
Foam Dots.
Spring is on its way! (fingers crossed!)
Thanks for stopping by.
Enjoy~~

Your flower collection must be huge...always something different, these are stunning. I love the sketch you have used and always pleased to see your ‘trademark’ vellum sentiment! ;-) xx
ReplyDeleteWho cares if the challenge rules are met, your creations are outstanding.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers on a beautiful background! Lobe the green sentiment on vellum—nice touch of colour!

DeleteSigh... so many typos, I removed the first comment. Just wanted to say how much I lobe your flowers and butterfly on that great background! Wonderful, cheerful card!
ReplyDeleteAnd if I had a dollar for every time I typed lobe, instead of LOVE, I’d be rich!
DeleteI love everything about this. It is absolutely gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card <3
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining Allsorts, Stamping Sensations and Penny Black & More challenges with this great entry, good luck.
ReplyDeleteHappy crafting

You have done it again I am not surprised that you used this stamp and die set, I have seen you use it before and remember you saying it was one of your favorites. If fact, it was some of those cards that made me buy my own stamp. You are a very inspiring card maker.
ReplyDeleteOh, so very pretty, Donna! I love the colors, and that lovely green embossing! Such pretty flowers too! :o)
ReplyDeleteIsn't that a lovely sketch, Donna - I am gonna pin it! LOL My sketches never turn out exactly as the ones guiding us, but close enough! In the meantime, YOUR amazing creation IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Love the take on the sketch, and your beautiful colors of pink lusciousness! Your use of vellum always wows me. It's just that unexpected element that makes things more elegant, no matter what your theme. I hear ya about the challenges. On occasion, I misunderstand a rule, or even forgot to check the rules, and it makes me feel so contrite after learning the extra work I put someone through. At least whoever visited your blog always had the joy of seeing beautiful artwork! xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card WOW...like I said you have some awesome stamps...a beautiful design!!
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous, love the flowers and color choices. Great layers
ReplyDeleteYou are inspiring me to pull out some of my PTI sets again. They have sadly been ignored for awhile and I love them. This is just beautiful, I really like the colors you have used. Just makes the flowers pop. That background die is really cool with the diagonal stripes, and then the vellum with the greeting is just the perfect final touch. LOVE this to pieces!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and lovely card!
