Scrolly Heart Valentine, Take 2

Donna Phelan Back again on the Dies R Us Blog
sharing an easy Valentine with you!

I am really getting my money's worth using this FABULOUS Tutti Designs Scrolly Heart die!  This is the perfect time of year to invest in a die such as this!  Not only have I made several gorgeous Valentines with it, I have another creation coming in March using it with Gold Foil!!!

This die can do no wrong!

This card will also be entered into the following Challenges;  Simon Says Monday, Love Is In The AirSimon Says Wednesday, Anything Goes and Penny Black, Love, Hearts, Flowers.

I cut the Tutti Designs Scrolly Heart from white card stock and backed it with a hot pink card stock, in this way, you really can see all of that glorious detail of the Scrolly Heart
Using the pretty Penny Black Border Edgers die, which is a 2 piece set, I created my 'valance' in white and pink.  Both dies are beautiful and unique.

Sentiment stamped in Raven Black ink, from Gina K Designs; Vintage Rose.
Inside stamped in Rose Red ink also from Gina K Designs; Stuffed With Love.
Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.
Hand cut Flag Banner.
Thin Ribbon.
Adhesive Pearls.

Here's what I used:

Tutti Designs - Dies - Scrolly Heart

Penny Black - Dies - Border Edgers

Thanks for popping in!

Enjoy~~

  11. A really beautiful creation Donn and it's lovely to see you at Penny Black and More challenge, but we are a stamping challenge and as stated on our challenge blog, must see stamping as the focal element.

  12. Hi Donna, yes I know it is, but 'focal' is what we ask for. Still plenty of time to enter again though.
