   Good Morning! 

A brand new Challenge is up and running over at the Double D Challenge Blog. 

Here is your Inspiration Tile:

It's Diane's and Darlene's 6th Anniversary at The Double D Challenge Blog!

Here is what I created:

I used the Hero Arts stamp and die sets, Festive Balloons.

Pretty Designer Paper layered over corresponding card stock.

I also stamped in White Pigment ink on each balloon the confetti image.

Then I added dots using a White Gel Pen.

Added strings to some balloons and drew a string with a Black Gel Pen on others.

Dies for background and frame by PTI, Shakers And Sprinkles set and 

MFT Wonky Stitched and Stitched Rectangles, all layered together.

Sentiment balloon die cut out Vellum, Black Embossing Powder, heat set.

 And as always, that little bit of dimension!

Birthday Wishes

Good Morning!

Hope you're all well and safe!

I actually took a beach walk this morning, first time in a very long time and it was glorious!

Today's card will be entered into the Challenge at Simon Says Wednesday, Anything Goes!

In May my Mom will turn 90!  WOW!  

I figured I would start making a few cards to see what I liked best for her.  

This one uses the Avery Elle Balloon Numbered dies, aren't they cute?

I used more dies than stamps this time around:

Here is what I created:

I used the Sunny Studio Birthday Balloon die to create 4 colorful balloons.  Using a Stamping Up dotted stamp from the Avant-Garden set, I added a bit of texture in White Embossing Powder, which I heat set.

Gina K Designs Massive Messages sentiment stamped in Amalgam Black ink, and then heat set with Clear Embossing Powder.  Twine colored with Copic Markers.
