  1. How can two so completely beautiful and different card designs compete with each other? They are equally wonderful, Donna! The colors in your Easter Morning are just lovely, and brilliantly blended, while your heavily textured beauty, full of unexpected elements, makes my eye oh-so-happy! I especially admire the use of twine on your card. Beautiful! hugs, de

  2. Both are absolutely beautiful my friend! LOVE your background coloring on the 1st card and all the texture on the 2nd is awesome! Fabulous inspiration ... thanks!

  3. Both cards are so very gorgeous! Wonderful designs and great coloring.

  4. Wow beautiful job blending the inks for your background on the first card, your silhouette looks great against it. The sheer ribbon looks fantastic with it too!
I just love your engagement card, such great textures going on and layering, it all comes together fantastic!! I have some wedding showers coming up soon that I need cards for too.

  5. Beautiful cards. That ink blending on the first one is GORGEOUS, the iris silhouette is perfect. And I, too, am in love with that Circle Link EF!!! The texture is just right for a wonderful background. I really like the vintage look of the second card, using the embossed vellum is GENIUS!!!

  6. Both are just BEAUTIFUL!! Your perfect ink blending is the perfect background for the iris silhouette. And I too really like the vintage look of the second card.
    Happy Easter!

  7. Two beautiful cards here Donna! The ink blending on the first card is fabulous. The iris truly pops right off the card! I love the second card equally as much. Lots of great texture and it definitely has a vintage, homespun feel to it. Happy spring and Happy Easter to you!

  8. You did some great ink blending on your first card. It reminds me of a beautiful spring sunset. That silhouette is first class. I am loving the many layers of texture on the second card. Could you have added any more? I think it is perfect.
