What a game last night! Go Pats!!!
Woke up to a wintry mix.....blah! So let's craft!
These cards will be entered into the Challenges at Stamp TV, Release Party Challenge--Lay It Out Both Ways and at Allsorts, No Pattern Paper.
I CASED these from Theresa Momber, she has a great tutorial you can see HERE!
I used the fabulous stamp sets Country Roads and Pleasant Plurals by Gina K Designs.
Images stamped in Raven Black ink and colored with Copic Markers.
Vintage Photo ink sponged all around. The truck was fussy cut out.
MFT Cross Stitched Rectangles die.
Both cards have been layered and focal panels set 'wonky'.....love that!
A little WOS Glitter Pen to make the chrome and windows sparkle.
Destination sentiment also stamped on the inside of this one.
Great masculine cards, male/mail friendly!
Thanks for truckin' by!
Enjoy~~

ReplyDeleteLove the cross stitched panels to show off the images of the masculine rugged truck that is colored perfectly. The shading on the background around the trees, really makes a great card. Masculine for sure!

ReplyDeleteFabulous masculine cards! I'm always looking for help in that area and most men love trucks! lol Love the colors too.
ReplyDeleteAwesome cards, you are so brave to do these scenes. I am terrible at them and don't even try. I think that red truck is so stinkin' cool and I love your take on the challenge. Love the cross stitch panels and the wonky placement too. So conducive to the vintage-y look of the cards!
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely cards, it certainly is about the journey- lovely sentiment.
