Butterfly Face Painting Scrapbook Page

Good Morning!

When the kids lived in Weymouth I used to take Penny over to The Derby Street Shops in Hingham.  They had outdoor spaces for kids to run around and they had popular kids' musicians play each time, Mr. Peter and Nana Steph to name two.

We'd get there a bit early, scope out a nice spot and have a picnic lunch.

This day they had Touch An Ambulance and Face Painting.

September 2019

She loved the Ambulance, and to this day will tell you why, the EMT tickled her lol

Corner Rounder
Spellbinders Labels 4 & * dies.
MFT Fancy Flourish.
DRU Butterfly #2 Set.
Cheery Lynn Small Lace Butterfly.
Memory Box Butterfly Exhibit, cropped.
Die Versions; A Little Lime Font, Curly Word Hello.
Glitter Paper.

She got to check out a patient and 'talk on the radio'.
She was even surprised with a little ambulance to take home.

This was a test!  I probably wanted to have her face painted more than she did.
The line was long.  Bakery next door--a Cookie Bribe might do the trick!  It did!
She was so good and patient while enjoying that cookie.

I warned the gal that I didn't know if she would do it or not
and she said no worries, she would try.
They both were great!

That face says it all!!!
She was sooooo Happy to be a beautiful Butterfly!
Parents were amazed!  ;)

These pages will be entered into the following Challenges:

Simon Says Monday, Things With Wings.

Thanks so much for flitting by!

Enjoy~~

  1. Great layouts and colors. Penny is one lucky little girl to have Nana's handmade scrapbook and cards. Who had more fun that day, Nana or Penny??

  2. How adorable. You are way more ambitious than I, have never gotten into scrapbooking. This is going to be such a treasure for her when she is older. Love the butterfly face!!!
