Joy

Good Morning!

We have a nice stormy morning, perfect day for crafting!

As we all know this is a very strange year for so many things and Graduation is certainly one of them.  I personally don't know of any graduate, but our sweet little town, like many others, went around putting up signs recognizing each graduate.  There is one at the end of our street, so even though we don't know them, I wanted to let them know that they are not alone and many people would still be celebrating their accomplishments.  I taped the envie onto her car door with a note, so she doesn't think we are totally creepy lol

This first card will be entered into the Gina K Designs Challenge, Graduation.

I used the Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Template and the
Something Good In Everyday stamp set.
Inks in; Marina Mist, Not Quite Navy, Pacific Point and Pear Pizzazz.

Hand cut square to make Mortar Board Cap,
I also made a Tassel and added a Brad for accent.
Spellbinders Classic Ovals die.
Paper Smooches Foliage 2 dies.
Avery Elle Numbered Balloon dies.
Glitter Paper.  Sakura Glitter Pen.

Dies were layered 3 times for depth and dimension.

Here's to all of the 2020 Graduates!  You Can Do This!!!

My next card will be entered into the following Challenges:

Altenew June 2020 Inspiration Photo
Simon Says Wednesday, Anything Goes.
Penny Black, Favorite Stamp.

I used one of my favorite Altenew stamp and die sets; Wild Hibiscus.
Sentiment from their Always Be Blooming set.
Copper and Clear Embossing Powders.
Pacific Point ink.

Water Color Paper and Zig Markers.

Thanks for popping by!

Enjoy~~

  3. That is so sweet of you to make a card for this young lady as she is celebrating a great time in her life in a weird way. I am sure she is going to appreciate it and just love it! Love how you did the cap and the glitter on the 0's.
Just love the way you colored the Hibiscus, lovely blending of them all. Beautiful!
