I used the MFT Sweet Roses stamp and die sets.
Amalgam Black ink.
Vellum (which is warping as I type lol)
Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.
Die Versions Curly Word Hello die.
I layered that 3 times and then coated using Glossy Accents.
Very Glossy!

I don't have much luck with vellum either, it does give the roses a soft look though, have you tried using a xyron for taping it to the panel, I think that works great to hide adhesive.
