Celebrate 1

Good afternoon!

This card will be entered into the Challenges at Scrapy Land, Anything Goes and Kat Scrappiness, World Card Making Day.

I used Gina's Wood Carved Background Technique, this is taking card makers by storm!  If you haven't watched her video yet HERE it is and it's fantastic!  Thought I would give it a try it with some un-wood like colors.

To create my background I swiped Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry and Salty Ocean on to my card stock.  Then I ran it through my Big Shot using a Sizzix Paisley Embossing Folder.  Once that was done I swiped Frost White ink over the entire panel--that's when all that magic happens!  WOW!

The beautiful flower pots are from Potted Primroses by Power Poppy. Images colored with Copic Markers.  Papertrey Ink die Fabulous Frames, Paper Smooches die Foliage 1 and Die Versions die Curly Words Celebrate.  Crystal Drops in Dandelion Yellow for flower centers.  Swiss Dots Embossing Folder for texture.  Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Pen.

I enjoyed making this card so much I made a 2nd one.....coming up next!

Thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy~~
