Painted Poppy

Good afternoon!

This card was made for the Challenge at Altenew, Places Abroad; Cypress (photo inspiration).

I used the stamp and die sets from Altenew, Painted Poppy.  Images colored with Copic Markers.  Grabbed my Minc Foiling Machine and added some pretty Gold Foil to the Spellbinders Fanciful Lattice die.  Sizzix Embossing Folder for some added texture.  MFT Traditional Stitched Tag for stamped sentiment in Tempting Turquoise ink.  Ribbon, Jute Twine and Button for accents.

I just left the sentiment as HAPPY.....may make this into an Easter card and stamp something inside.  Remember Easter is super early this year, March 27th.....plan accordingly!

Thanks for pop pop poppy-ing in.

Enjoy~~

  1. LOVE that gold foiled lattice, did you use toner paper?? So cool. I saw a video by Becca where she photo copied her die with a laser printer, foiled it and then cut it out so there was a border of foil, so pretty. Great take on the challenge, and I LOVE that poppy flower. Really gorgeous in blue. Oh, and thanks for the reminder about Easter....can't believe it's coming already!!!
