I NEVER Lie.....

Well, I will just keep using this stamp until the sentiment is true!  lol  It's going to be used a loooooooooooong time!!!

This card will be entered into the Challenges at Art Impressions, Have A Heart and Simon Says Monday, H Is For.....and Simon Says Wednesday, All Things Bright And Beautiful.

This is a large 5.5" square card, had to make it big so I could add all of those fabulous accents!  This is for one of my Jr. High girlfriends, I know....they don't even call them Jr. Highs anymore.....that's how old we are!  And even though we are technically the same age she does like to remind me that I am 67 days older than she.....whatever

I used the stamp sets Girlfriends and Beach Babes from Art Impressions.  It was quite fun coloring up that Beach Babe with the snow falling, yeah that was FUN!!!  The Designer Paper is by DCWV, The Coral Couture.  Spellbinders Hearts and Classic and Scallop Circle dies as well as an MFT Open Simply Scallop die.  Small Heart Punch.  I colored the Adhesive Pearls using a Copic Marker, added Buttons, Ribbon and an Adhesive Rhinestone Swirl for accents.

I will also be making a matching envelope today for this large card.

Hope she loves this like I love her!!!  Old friends (and apparently I am old) are some of the BEST friends!

Enjoy~~

Fabulous Trio

Good Morning!  We had some crazy weather over the weekend, a real Nor'easter....lots of wind and rain and some parts of the state even got snow....ick!  Luckily it was still a town or two away from me!  YAY!  Way too early to see that stuff!

Today's card will be entered in to the Challenge over at Art Impressions, Humor & Puns and the Challenge at Simon Says WednesdayAnything Goes!

I love these chicks, they are just fun and fabulous!  This set by Art Impressions is available at Michael's, Beach Babes.....not to be confused with the Girl Friends UM3577 set, which is similar.  BOTH are wonderful sets!  I love using these gals and the girlfriends sets for my Mom's friends at The Victorian, they all seem to get quite the chuckle out of them.....well who doesn't right?  lol

I used some Echo Park Designer Paper, A Perfect Summer....I know, I know, it's November, but they are Beach Babes!  All images colored with Copic Markers and I also added some shimmer and shine with Sakura Glitter Pens.  A little Baker's Twine and a button topped with a rhinestone for accents.  Spellbinders dies, Ribbon Banners and Large and Small Labels were used to create the frame, almost like a snapshot!

So turn your face to the sun and soak it in.....I fear winter is coming closer.  :(

Thanks for stopping by.

Enjoy~~
