  10. We all scream for ice cream! WOWSER, Donna! What a fabulous creation! Never would I have thought of layering these die cuts, shapes and papers together and they really do shout PARTY TIME! LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! The diagonally spaced banner-flags set the stage, but those darling "candle lit" letters, and layers of hot fudge sundae are amazing!
