Just Saying Hello

Good Morning!

Hope everyone is well!

I decided to make some cards for my Mom's Assisted Living Place.

Thankfully it is a small intimate home town kind of facility,
with a wonderful Director and fabulous Staff!
I can't say enough of how hard these people work to keep my (and many others) loved ones, happy and healthy and entertained....not a very easy task, but they are all doing a remarkable job and I AM SO THANKFUL!

We have 27 women and 12 men.

I took the easy way out and went with very simple designs.

Simon Says Sail Away (boat).
Reverse Confetti Happy Harbor (rope and inside anchor borders).
Hero Arts Everyday Sayings (sentiment).
Marina Mist and Amalgam Black inks.

Simple.

Reverse Confetti Happy Harbor (fish).
Hero Arts Everyday Sayings (sentiment).

12 Masculine Cards.

27 Feminine Cards.
(much easier to make in my opinion)

Stampin' Up! Avant Garden (flower).
Hero Arts Everyday Sayings (sentiment).
Tempting Turquoise and Amalgam Black inks.
EK Success Butterfly Punch Trio (only used this option).

PTI GreenTea Leaves Designer Papers.

Hero Arts Everyday Sayings (sentiment).
Power Poppy image, Soothing Sympathy.
Wild Wasabi and Amalgam Black inks.

Inks in; Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral and Melon Mambo.
PTI Damask Designs  Designer Papers.

Inks in; Bermuda Bay, Tempting Turquoise and Wisteria Wonder
PTI Green Tea Leaves and Damask Designs Designer Papers.

Inks in; Bravo Burgundy and Rich Razzleberry.
PTI In Bloom Designer Papers.

Completed Set.

I also made this card.

You can watch Scott show you how to make it
in this easy to follow along VIDEO.

Impression Obsession Going Postal stamp set.
Amalgam Black ink.

Same ink, same stamp set.

Think I will try to mail it in a padded envelope.

Thanks for stopping by!

Be well!

  5. these are great, I agree girl cards are much easier but I think you did a great design on those masculine cards as well as the ladies cards, I am sure they will appreciate these!
That face mask one is too cool, just perfect for these times, thanks for sharing link, wish it wasn't so bulky for the mail.
