Double D, Silver And Gold

Good Morning!

A brand new Challenge starts at The Double D Challenge Blog, and here is your Inspirational Tile:

Double D
Silver And Gold

My Designer Papers are Recollections, Michael's Brand, Ice Crystals.  This was a peer pressure purchase, all of my card making Gal Pals had it so I didn't want to be left out lol.   The background is silver with flourishes, reindeer, snowflakes and holly, it is sooooo pretty!  Using my Mini Minc Machine I added gold to the background and focal image layers.  I also cut this beautiful Fanciful Poinsettia Ornament out of toner paper and added Gold Foil too.  I placed it on to a Spellbinders Captivating Squares die cut.  Hanging it with Gold Ribbon.

I also added Gold Foil to this pretty Poinsettia die, by Impression Obsession in the same manner.  Pretty sparkly Ribbon and Adhesive pearls for accents.  I really love the elegant look of this card.

You have plenty of time to join in on this Challenge......I hope to see you over there!

Thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy~~

  9. BEAUTIFUL!! Love the ornament on the shiny background. Do you believe I did not use one piece of the paper. I get pretty paper and then I don't use it because I am afraid to mess it up. Love how you let the ornament be the star.

Well, I guess, it was what I expect from you anyway. Great pictures of the shinning gold and silver. Heading back hometoday, maybe I will have time for a card.
