Just A Note

Good Day All!

I made this card for the Papertrey Ink July 2015 Blog Hop!

Here is their Inspirational Photo:

I used the Emboss Resist technique to create the center panel of butterflies.   Using inks in Pink Pirouette, Melon Mambo, Marina Mist and Elegant Eggplant, sentiments stamped in Tuxedo Black.

The Papertrey Ink stamp sets are Flower Favorites and Swoosh

Added texture using a Sizzix Embossing Folder.

Thanks so much for coming by.

Enjoy~~

  5. A very stricking card. The butterfly panel is the first one that I looked at. Love the colors that you used and the embossed resist. Then the dry embossed panel for the texture, but it does not take away from the butterflies. Love the font on the hello too. Just a wonderful artful creation.

  11. Love it! Such a pretty layout. Boy you've been busy, I missed a bunch of cards:-) Of course spilling coffee on my Mac laptop and having to setup my horrid PC had nothing to do with it LOL
