Good Morning!
A brand new Challenge is up and running over at the Double D Challenge Blog.
Here is your Inspiration Tile:
Designer Paper.
Here is what I created:
I used several pieces of the Carta Bella Designer Paper,
Simple Village Spring Garden. Some have a collage style look.
Gina K Designs Wishful Florals stamp and die sets.
GKD and Brutus Monroe Collab Seeds Of Joy stamp set.
I layered a lot of the papers and I even stitched around the
border of the top 2 layers on the base of my card.
I distressed all of the card stock edges to give it more of a shabby chic vibe.
Tuxedo Black ink.
Clear Embossing Powder.
Heidi Swapp Hot Pink Color Shine.
Sheer Ribbon.
Foam Sheets.
Inside.
Isn't that a wonderful sentiment???
Dimension. Stitching. Layers upon Layers.
Love it!
You'll be glad you did as there is always a pretty prize up for grabs!
Here's the prize for this Challenge:

ReplyDeleteLate to the party as I was crafting and watching the new Pope. ( I am not even Catholic). When I saw your card it gave me a warm good feeling. Maybe that cottage look did it. I love the layering of your paper and the color got my attention too. The seeds of joy is absolutely great and of course, you carried it to the inside.
ReplyDeleteOh, I just LOVE this so much. The colors, the vintage look with all the distressing, the beautiful focal image - and the "seeds of joy". So YOU!!! And that green ribbon is the perfect final touch, the whole thing is just magnificent!!
