Hopping along with Papertrey Ink again this month!
I will also enter my card in the Challenge at Simon Says Wednesday, It's Hip To Be Square.
My card measures 4 1/4 squared. I used the Papertrey Ink products Garden Gate. This Kit includes matching stamps, dies, stencils and paper....I did not use any of the paper. I used 2 stencils the lattice one and the leafy one. Inks in Antique Linen, Wild Honey, Pink Pirouette, More Mustard, and Black Licorice.
I also made a matching tag using an MFT Traditional Stitched Tags.
I swiped Pink Pirouette ink directly onto my Seam Binding Ribbon, then rinsed it a bit in water, using my heat gun I dried it to crinkle it a bit. I kind of love this stuff, you can die it, age it with tea or even color it with Copic Markers. FUN! Jute Twine and Adhesive Rhinestones for accents.
Thanks for hopping by!
Enjoy~~
Such a pretty design with the tag and 'trellis' behind it - lovely stenciled background too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Donna! Lucky you to get that kit!! I was tempted because it's full of gorgeous flowers, etc. Love the pink ribbon you made, too--it's the perfect touch!
