Today's card will be entered into the MFT Sketch Challenge.
I chose to rotate the Sketch.
I used the stamp sets, Simply Fabulous Sayings and Sweet Roses and the Blueprints #12 and Bracket Edge Duo die sets, all by MFT. Spellbinders Scallop Circle die as well. I stamped the leaves in Wild Wasabi Ink. Designer Papers by S.E.I, Dill Blossom. I made 2 little chipboard leaves, top right.
I don't know why I went with such a Fall theme, probably because I do love that Designer Paper. lol
Thanks so much for stopping by, appreciate you doing so!
Enjoy~~
I just posted to this challenge too. It too me a long time, had trouble with blogger. Anyhoo, I really enjoyed this card. A different take on the sketch. You are famous for turning it on the side. I never think of that. Love the addition of the two leaves on the top. CUTE!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love how you did the circle with the scallop on top of the circle - I always do it the other way around but this is so cool. Great take on the sketch, like how you made it sideways. Great sentiment too - and I like the black matting.
ReplyDeleteLike it all.... hmmm I don't think this looks fallish... think it works for any season. Great card. Have a wonderful weekend. did I miss the wedding favors?
ReplyDeleteDonna--so enjoy this sentiment! Makes for a wonderful card overall. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us on the MFT Challenge! :)
Very nice! Very creative to put the circle under the scalloped circle. The faux stitching adds a nice touch as well.
